Availability: Although we make every effort to update our web site, there may be times that an item is temporarily unavailable. In this case, you will be notified by email about the situation. Certain items are one-of-a-kind and are not available for multiple orders. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Drop-shipping: We can help our customer to ship. For Ebay(online) seller, we can provide clean pictures of ordered products.
Guarantee: If you see the products in a damage situation when you received, you can return your order within 3 business days from the date when you receive your order for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service.
How To Return Your Order
Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )
2. Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.
3. Costumers need to offer original packing materials and relevant bill of documents.
4. We are not liable for the cost and loss during the process of transport of the returned goods. But we will facilitate your refund process in all aspects.
How to Order：
1. Registration: Please register a personal account before you order online. If you are a regular customer, you can login to your account. Otherwise the orders can not be recorded.
2. Select The Product: If any products are of interested of you, you may click “Buy” or “Add” (Add to “My Favorite” cart in your account). When you click “Buy” button, the item will be added to your “Shopping Cart” automatically.
Tips:
Ø Click on Category to see specific product line.
Ø When you place the cursor on small picture, a second late, you will see a bigger picture more clearly.
Ø After you have clicked the Buy button, the item will show on your Shopping Cart
3. Revise The Quantity In The Shopping Cart: After you have selected all items, you may go to Shopping Cart to revise the quantity of each item.
Tips:
Ø If you click Continue Button, this Shopping Cart page will be closed and the data will be recorded.
Ø If you click Clear Cart Button, there will be no items in the Shopping Cart.
Ø If you click Next Button, it means you have confirmed the items and quantity. You will proceed to fill shipping information page.
4．Fill Consignee’s Information/Shipping Method/Payment Method: After you click Next, you will be required to fill up those information that we will essential to delivery.
Tips:
Ø If you require a Commercial Invoice or you have any other requirements such as to write a lower goods value in order to avoid tax, please write your detail requirements in the Remark area. If you do not write this, we will proceed it as normal order that without Commercial Invoice and we will apply the custom for value as $30. Packing list will be included.
Ø You may click different Shipping Method to see which on is suitable for you. Normally, the method takes less time will be more expensive and safer.
Ø Payment Method: currently, there are three payment methods available. Paypal is the common payment method that accepts Credit Cart.
5. When click next, you will see Order Creation page. It shows the confirmed information and the information will send to your registered email.
Tips:
Ø Click View to see how to pay. It is important. If we did not receive your payment information, the order will not be proceed.
6. Checking The Order In Your Account: Please go to “My Account”—“My Order” to see your order status.
Important Delivery Information
Our Delivery Time: We will deliver your goods within two days. If we received your payment before 13:00 China Beijing time, we will deliver your goods by this day. After 13:00 China Beijing time, we will deliver on the next working day.
Shipping Company and Tracking: We have signed agreement with international shipping company: TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS,
Shipment normally arrived on 2-5 working days .
Import Taxes: Wotrace don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
HOWEVER - In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout.
